I bought an item here at high price. I rarely used it, but after sitting in my closet the leather band on the item disintegrated. I took it to the store to get their attention to poor quality. I didn’t ask for reimbursement or anything, just want an acknowledgment of the problem and some action to correct it for future customers. The manager was extremely arrogant and judging, she made me feel small and humiliated. I don’t wish anyone to have a similar experience. Overall summary: bad quality of the overpriced items and management that doesn’t care about customer experience.

La vendeuse aussi compétente soit elle annonce verbalement un rabais complémentaire pour l’achat de plusieurs articles et ensuite se rétracte au moment du paiement. Dommage, nous étions de bons clients réguliers
