This is among the absolutely best stationeries in town, centrally located on Rue Centrale, and featuring everything from post-its to exclusive Mont Blanc products. If you need a special paper to write your love letters on, this is where you will find it, just like the filling pen and its special ink to write those letters. Or the exclusive paper bag in which you can offer her the pink Krug champagne she loves to share with you. Well worth a visit also for the aquarelle painter. The staff is pleasant and knowledgeable.

Unfriendly, unhelpful staff, especially in the stationary section, they are sarcastic of customers.

The folders and all stationary stuff are over priced , you can buy all these items in the migros or somewhere else with the same or better quality for half the price

My point is for such a place that is overcharging, you would think that you would get a quality quality customer service which every consumer should get . But, the place is full of arrogant staff who do not appreciate the customers that come to the shop and pay for their salaries

Large selection of high quality materials, but lacking selection of medium and budget solutions. Office and school supply area in need of refreshing (space and choice).

Visited this shop before Christmas. I was looking for an agenda for a long moment. The shop was quiet but no staff seemed to be available to help. Actually, I felt tension amongst them, so didn't want to bother them too much. When finally I found the relevant section for agendas, a staff popped over to ask if I needed help in a frigid manner and awkwardly bawled that the shop was closing. No luck that day, I just left.

Beautiful with a bunch of expensive fountain pens (200-800 CHF). Got my ink fairly quickly, and staff was nice and speaks English.

Big stationary shop. The first floor is more exclusive, and the second floor as a lot of different things. You can get stamps, stickers, paper and a lot more.
The staff did not speak English, but where friendly and did their best to help.

Amazing paper & craft shop, don't be fooled that its just one floor, the second floor is where all the interesting stuff is! My only gripe would be that it's quite difficult to navigate since they sell so much but I guess that's also a benefit. Theyve probably gor everything you coukd ever need for a project, large selection of paper and card, paints, brushes, glue guns and varnishes. Prices aren't cheap but they're not really expensive overall would highly recommend.
