Janz sport has truly poor customer service. I came to rent a snowboard to an almost empty shop, yet noone paid attention to me. So in the meantime I picked the components myself and waited for someone to let me pay. The assistant came 20 minutes later, said "Ok, ok, no problem, no problem", then disappeared again and came another 10 minutes later only to tell me that they are closing and I should come 2 hours later after their lunch break. Apparently, he needed a "specialist" to mount the binding to the board. The place which considers tightening 8 screws to a board a work for specialist does not really inspire much confidence in their quality. Never comig back, rented a board elsewhere.

Glad to find this shop in Lausanne, best customer service and advice I've had for ski equipment so far, very happy with my Rossignol skis! Highly recommend this shop!
