I arrived 5 minutes earlier and as I had a Smartbox, I had to find the number and it took around 10-15 minutes, because there was a problem with the connection etc. Finally we started at 15:45 with an appointment 15:30, but the lady did not mention that instead of one hour massage she will reduce it to 45 minutes, so we finished at exactly 16:30... I understand that she might have other appointment after me, although I checked and did not see anyone coming after me, but she could've let me know. The massage was so quick and even without looking at the time, I knew that this is not the experience of a massage, because she did everything so quick and you cannot even start enjoying the zone before she is finished with it.... I couldn't enjoy it at all and I think the lady was thinking that I won't even notice, but anyway.. She was nice, but I would never go back there, because just a smile doesn't do the job.
And just to mention that I usually never review or write bad comments, but I was really disappointed this time.

Une masseuse très gentille et très attentionnée. Je devais attendre ma conjointe qui se faisait masser et elle m'a proposé de m'installer dans un fauteuil très confortable avec un thé et m'a même fait profité d'un court instant de l'expérience d'un bol sonore. Ma compagne est plus que satisfaite et je le suis également !

Ce rendez-vous de pure détente était incroyable avec un massage si relaxant et agréable. Une masseuse très gentille et attentionnée auprès de sa clientèle. Mon copain m’as accompagné et elle l’as installé dans une salle de détente avec un thé pendant la durée de mon massage.

Je la recommande a 1000%

Je suis arrivée, par hasard à l'institut Eglantine pour un massage et un soin. Madame Javet était très à l'écoute, bienveillante et le massage était tellement agréable. Un grand merci pour ce beau moment.

Depuis des années, Sylviane me reçoit pour divers soins esthétiques. Elle est accueillante, agréable et souriante. C'est toujours un plaisir de passer un moment sous ses mains expertes et ses massages me font beaucoup de bien.
Elle fait tout pour répondre à mes demandes de rendez-vous parfois courtes.
Aujourd'hui, je tiens à la remercier publiquement de sa gentillesse et de tous les soins qu'elle m'apporte ainsi que ses bons conseils.
Je lui suis fidèle pour toutes ces raisons.

Accueil très chaleureux, une dame très avenante qui vous met à l'aise et donne envie de revenir la voir.
Le massage traditionnel vous fait voyager, c'est un moment agréable et à la hauteur. J'y retournerai volontiers pour découvrir d'autres prestations.

Un service aux petits soins, je me sens requinquée à 100% !! J’ai essayé massage et drainage lymphatique et ai été impressionnée par les soins de Mme Javet (qui je pense doit avoir une sorte de don pour ce qu’elle fait, je ne me suis jamais sentie si relaxée et le drainage après une opération a complétement fonctionné). Cerise sur le gâteau mon assurance a tout remboursé. En gros je recommande vraiment l’institut Eglantine et Mme Javet pour son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse et son efficacité.
