Went for a massage with the aim to relax, but the lady kept talking and asking questions. She also offered me some water and after serving me a glass, she drank directly from the bottle and asked if I wanted more! Also, they do not provide any robe or flip flops, so when I had to use the toilet had to walk barefoot and use the big towel of the massage bed.
Finally she massaged me so strongly that I was in pain for over a week.

A wonderful first time visit for a waxing as a new resident in Lausanne. Julia was very gentle and quick with smooth results. Highly recommended! I left with a smile and a little chocolate bunny for Easter. Thank you!

Cliente depuis de nombreuses années, je ne peux que vous recommander cette adresse! Soins professionnels, (indépendamment du soin choisi) et individualisés, ce qui me permet à chaque fois de déconnecter le temps d'une pause cocooning. Allez-y les yeux fermés, Julia et Fabienne sont adorables!

Je suis vraiment contente du service et du résultat du rehaussement de cils. J’ai découvert cet institut par hasard et suis ravie! Très pro et d’une gentillesse incroyable, merci beaucoup!

De passage à Lausanne, j ai pris rdv chez Julia. Cela faisait très longtemps que je n’avais pas été aussi bien reçu. Je suis très satisfaite du résultat. Julia est très douce et minutieuse. Elle a su me faire passer un vrai moment de détente et son institut est vraiment très cosy. Je vous recommande vraiment de ne pas hésiter :)
