Very authentique chinese restaurant in Lausanne area. The waiter is very welcoming.
There are space and the environment is not too packed or noisy. Food is great, and you have a karaoke room which you can reserve for a certain amount of consumption.

Overall great restaurant.

Atmosphere at Hong Yan was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect place for a romantic dinner or a casual night out with friends. The menu had a great selection of dishes, and the food was cooked to perfection.

Delicious food, fair price and good ambiance. I ordered Singaporeans noodles (taste very good) and Duck du chef (Beijing duck, quite good).

PS. If you'd like to add some spicy, ask for Chilli sauce. It's not too spicy, went well with duck and taste really good.

Relaxed ambiance good place to catch up for dinner. Their best item is the Peking duck. Worth every penny.
