Not worth a visit. The salesperson ( a guy with bold hair) is really not polite. I I have been in many Hermes stores around the world but never experienced anything like this before. This one is the worst.

I am not someone who writes review often but this is worth mentioning in my opinion. I just moved to Lausanne from Singapore. While I was exploring the town, I saw an Hermes boutique & decided to walk in. First I was greeted warmly by the security officer. He does not speak English but he tried very hard to help me by asking the sales associates if any of them are available to assist me. I waited for only 10 mins & a sales associate Nabil came to welcome me once he finished with a customer. Despite the fact that my visit was abrupt without an appointment, Nabil was very welcoming & made me feel at ease. I really appreciate his kind gesture. I didn’t make any purchase, but I will surely be making an appointment with Nabil very soon. I see sales associate as ambassador of the brand, as the sales associate is the first person whom a customer interacts when the customer enters the store. How the sales associate communicates with the customer is important to the reputation of the brand they represent. I gave 5 out of 5 stars to Nabil.

Good day,

I visited the boutique in Lausanne twice.

During both of my visits I was welcomed by Mr Nabil who I highly recommend.????????

He was very professional, took his time to listen to my Requests, very respectful, and provided me with an 7 star service that is unfortunately is absent those days.

He made me discover the brand by his knowledge in different perspective that increased my perceived value to the brand and its history.

By far my best world wide boutique

I have been shopping at this boutique for almost 2 years. Everyone there that I have encountered have been very nice and friendly. The sales associate that I have been working with is the nicest, super patient and very knowledgeable. She takes her time to explain about the products and how to care for it.

Arrived in Lausanne and again Hermès first lol we met miss Clara who did a great job with my wife and I ,we love nothing better than visiting Hermès and getting quality time with an SA she answered all our queries and helped us choose something for my wife ???? she is a up and coming SA with a good future ahead knows how to talk and spend time with clients something that is much appreciated .plus i practiced my french .Merci Clara .
