The staff is very professional and courteous and tried their best to accommodate English speaking tenants.

We had to do an early termination of the lease and the administration was very helpful in setting everything up.

TERRIBLE experience. The woman in the office was very rude and actually hung up on me. Im really shocked about how poor the customer service is and I would not recommend anyone to work with this agency.

Ce matin j’appelle gentiment pour demander un renseignement sur les places de parc et la femme à l’autre bout n’avait vraiment pas envie de travailler, très nonchalante m’engueule car je connais pas son boulot ! Elle m’envoie balader et me met en attente. Des gens incompétents comme ça n’ont rien à faire avec le contact avec la clientèle ! J’ai demandé son nom et elle m’a raccroché ! Elle ne connaît pas son métier, demande à ce que les gens fasse son métier à sa place, incompétente, nonchalante, aigri ! J’espère que son attitude sera repris car c’est lamentable d’humilier l’enseigne avec un tel comportement !

Comme beaucoup d’autres personnes l’ont dit, la réceptionniste est tout simplement MAL ÉDUQUÉE. Je me suis présentée gentiment pour déposer mon dossier, celle-ci m’indique que sans visite les candidatures ne seront pas prises en compte, ce qui est compréhensible.
Elle me demande de regarder sur leur site internet, je lui explique que leur site n’affiche pas tous leurs appartements disponibles, puisque j’en ai vu sur d’autres plateformes mais pas sur la leur. Madame se contente de répéter 50x qu’il faut aller sur le site, ce qui ne répond pas à ma demande. Nous avons tourné ainsi en rond pendant 10 minutes.
A la fin, je lui demande donc poliment s’il serait possible de repartir avec le formulaire à remplir afin d’accélérer les démarches suite aux visites. Après avoir fait semblant de ne pas comprendre, en montant le ton et en donnant des motifs vraiment stupides, elle a fini par SORTIR LE FORMULAIRE QUI ÉTAIT LITTÉRALEMENT DANS SON TIROIR À 30 CM D’ELLE. J’ai perdu 20 minutes de ma vie a cause d’une femme désagréable, et manquant de professionnalisme. Svp, faites qch, engagez qn qui parle français et qui aime son job.

Réceptionniste très désagréable elle ne veut pas donner de formulaire d’inscription alors que je suis dans leur agence puis après négociations elle accepte de me le donner mais ne veut pas me prêter un stylo puéril et navrante toute petite personne et régie de piètre qualité
