I paid 500CHF for the consultation and unfortunately it was not comprehensive. Unfortunately, I was not seen by Swiss doctors, but by Russian doctors, and I did not like how they treated me. I paid for the surgery in another hospital and it worked out great.

super disappointed, worst experience in Lausanne, they seem to be desperate for money instead of giving a good honest service.

when I moved to Lausanne, I was looking for a dermatology center, I did different calls to different places and many of them had the ethical decency to tell me it might be the wrong place to go regarding my needs, Clinic Lemanic patient relations answered and convinced me it was the right place to go.
Bernard Moretto assured me I would be treated by a dermato to do a skin analysis to find the causes of my irritations, that the clinic offered only dermatology services as also the aesthetics by separate.

In few words, when u arrive they make u pay upfront 180chf for the consultation like this they make sure it is too late when u complain and u realized u were scammed.
i met a Doctor, that never touched my face or moved from her desk, she took at max 10 minutes to tell me directly all the injections and beauty treatments I should do to have good plastic beauty skin. I went out in shock with no one to speak to in the clinic, they sent me emails to follow up my case with promotions to accept all the treatments they suggested but never a real answer when i asked them several times a refund of my money and how disappointed I was.

it was super unethical and shameful.

its been 2 years since this experience, still no answer for my refund and seeing them with so many online ads at the moment makes me super upset, because i read other comments onlne with same horrible experiences. This kind of treatment needs to stop!

requires up front payment of almost 200 francs for small questions which could be answered over the phone or mail.

Une équipe professionnelle humaine,toujours à l’écoute et bienveillante qui nous pris en charge merveilleusement bien du début a la fin. On ressent une formidable cohésion d’équipe je parle du secrétariat, doctoresse, infirmière, coiffeuse, personne de contact qui nous a pris en charge expliqué toutes les démarches administratives.
Derrière tout ça, toute une vie familiale qui change positivement.
Je recommande à 1000 %.
Merci a vous toutes de la part de tte la famille car toute une vie a changé.

Très récalcitrant avant la première consultation, au regard des avis google. Certes la première a couté 180CHF mais la doctoresse m’a accordé plus d’une heure de diagnostic, d’explications et de réponses.
En 8 séances prescrites de laser, (et des efforts sur mon mode de vie), les taches de vitiligo sur le visage ont disparu à 95%. Secrétaires très arrangeantes sur les rdv, malgré la demande pour la doctoresse. Très satisfait de la compétence de la thérapeute Oksana qui fait des efforts pour parler français malgré son statut de réfugié (ukrainienne mais peu importe).

Très satisfaite des soins esthétiques reçus par Jessica. Son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse et sa sympathie sont très appréciables. Je ne peux que recommander Jessica.

Pousse à consommer leurs services. Mensonges concernant le rapport qualité/prix. Ne tiennent pas un discours clair tout au long du suivi. Je déconseille fortement d'entreprendre tous traitements pour les cheveux. D'autres dermatologues m'ont davantage aidé et écouté. Très déçu.
