Fantastic clinic. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I had broken and dislocated a toe and was seen right away after a quick phone call. The fact this was all on Sunday was even more impressive. Great facilities, very well looked after, and was immediately at ease. Everyone spoke English which was an added bonus for me who is still learning French. Extremely grateful and would recommend to anyone needing emergency care.

I definitely recommend this medical centre.
The staff is caring, kind and well prepared.
I underwent leg surgery and stayed for two nights. The installations are modern and well maintained. Starting with the arrival passing by the intervention to the medical discharge, the details are well thought out for the patients and their visits. Everything was clearly explained. From the reception to the medical staff and ending with the janitor, the attitude is of genuine care and excellence in what they do. The building is close to the centre of Lausanne, with some views showing the mountains. It is a private hospital, but it feels like a cosy well-managed 5-star hotel from the reception to the rooms and food preparation.
Thank you for your service and care!

Bon séjour dans cette clinique. Très bon professionnalisme des médecins (chirurgien, anesthésiste).
Prise de date pour une opération très rapide.
Personnel soignant efficace et souriant.
Service hôtelier impeccable, repas délicieux.
J'ai même pu bénéficier d'un coiffeur avant mon départ (Prix correcte)
Coordination physiothérapie et médecin bonne.

La clinique de Bois-Cerf est une structure médicale à échelle humaine.
Le service de restauration est excellent, la nourriture est succulente, le service aussi bien de restauration que les infirmières, le personnel soignant, l'équipe de nettoyage et les gardiens sont en général souriant, amicaux, décontractés, efficaces et charmants.
Les médecins des soins oncologiques sont compétents, attentifs et à l'écou te des patients.

La clinique est bien équipée pour les thérapies, les chambres sont un peu étroites. Belle vue depuis depuis les chambres.
En bas pour manger la terrasse est un endroit sympathique et calme pour manger dehors avec des visiteurs. D'ailleurs le restaurant est ouvert à tout le monde et ça vaut la peine de l'essayer.
Un hôpital localisé idéalement entre la gare de Lausanne et le lac à Ouchy.
De nombreux restaurants et parcs à proximité.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour à la Clinique Bois-Cerf! Le personnel est chaleureux, la nourriture très bonne et adaptée à mes allergies, la chambre était confortable, les soins prodigués avec douceur et compétences, reponses très rapides après avoir pesé sur la sonnette même la nuit, l'accueil à la réception est rapide, chaleureux et efficace
Si je dois me faire opérer je retournerai dans cette clinique!

Je me suis rendue aux urgences de Bois-Cerf un jeudi après-midi. L'accueil a été très aimable et j'ai attendu à peine 10min pour la consultation. Diagnostic, prescription et numéro pour une physiothérapie.
Prise en charge agréable, rapide et efficace, merci !
