By searching on internet I found out this cabinet with nice reviews, so confident, I decided to call and to get an appointment for a cleaning. On the phone the assistant told that the price for a cleaning is about CHF 160. Everything went fine during the appointment, Miss Thompsen is very friendly and professional. However, the surprise came once I got the invoice. The total price of CHF 302 almost killed me. So, I called the cabinet to contest some services that according to me I have not ordered but without success of changes. It seems that some miscommunication happened between us. Therefore, what I want to share with you is to ensure the fees before any service to avoid a bad surprise at the end.

Finally I got a small reduction on the invoice, thanks for the discount. Appreciated!

I have had Mme Thomsen as dentist for 15+ years. Always very professional, thorough with her work, and simply just an extremely pleasant person. I highly recommend Mme Thomsen as dentist!

Une dentiste exceptionnelle, douce, professionnels et attentive au besoin du client.
J ai la phobie du dentiste ( une vraie phobie)
Pour ces raison je n ai pas consulter pendant plus de 10 ans alors que plusieurs traitement de racine et des arrachages était nécessaire.
Après avoir vu plusieurs dentiste (4 ou 5 en tout), au cours de mes soins, c est la seul à qui j ai pu faire confiance et qui a été vraiment génial et compréhensive.
Elle soigne avec douceur et sera vous mettre à l'aise.
C est à mes yeux la meilleure dentiste de la région et je la recommande.

Ponctualité
Dresse Thomsen est toujours douce et faut tout pour que le soin de passe dans les meilleures conditions possibles et dans douleurs
Elle m'a guérit de ma phobie des dentistes !!
Je vous la recommande sincèrement
