I had called them to make me an offer for installing a washing machine, giving my address, and details of the room where we would install me.

They made me an offer, and during the installation there were no difficulties.

Then, the bill was 40% (!) higher than the offer. No more than 10% are acceptable. So, be careful when hiring them, they may be trying to snatch some extra money
