Lady Caroline ensures a regular Lacoste customer also feels very uncomfortable shopping in this store. 3 sales reps with only us as customers in the store, but no one offers to assist. When you start exploring the collection yourself, all Caroline as store manager does is to step in to subjectively tell you some weird « store rules », which aren’t mentioned anywhere. This makes the experience horrible as it appears to be clear racism. On top, she easily tells you coming to this shop is your choice, even with this service. Will not shop for Lacoste, surely never here! #Lacoste

La fermeture éclair de mon sac Lacoste ne se fermait plus (acheté au mois de juillet). Le magasin de Lausanne a retrouvé l’achat via leur ordinateur, m’a réimprimé le ticket et m’ont redonné un sac tout neuf! Super personnel, très sympathique et serviable! Bref le top! Merci beaucoup!
