Excellent and kind tending. Took our cat for a cystitis, they immediately made time for her and within one hour she was sedated and under observation. We were even offered coffees as an apology for a slight wait.

We are so happy with all of our experiences at this Vet. Both doctors are great and as an American whose learning French they speak great English. They are fairly priced despite some of these comments we have been to two other vets in Switzerland and they were more expensive without a doubt. However the quality of treatment is still above and beyond. Caring for my dog who is very sensitive and can be a bit difficult at times and also very flexible with appointments which is very important. We are so grateful to have such a great vet and would highly recommend to all. They have taken care of Leo above and beyond.

Dr. Pfister is very good with my small dog. He has helped us with minor issues as well as more serious ones. She always receives the best care. Would recommend most highly. Always available when we need him. Very friendly and speaks great English.

Excellent, friendly staff who really know their profession. I felt a bit guilty going so often with my sick puppy but they took really special care of him and when we had an emergency, they cancelled other appointments and we were seen immediately. Yes, it's expensive, but so is Switzerland and so is having a dog in general.
They treat my puppy so well each time that he never wants to leave!

Dr Pfister is awesome. We have an older dog and he is very tuned in to her quality of life and how much she means to us. Highly recommended.
