The pretend they have no watches for sale with all watches are available in display cases and those watches are for sale domyou want to tell me that the shop is open with employees paying rent not to sell lol is a museum or a charity organisation lol

Bought a Patek Philippe (came 45mins late) and Tudor (not pictured) from them, only to be insulted in a recent exchange by the co-director of the shop, by inferring that we are small time customers (when there’s few to buy ????)

Perhaps to hide their inability to get watches from FP journe even after he mentioned that it will take 1 year(max) on a reservation made last year. Started out by ignoring messages. After seeing him in person, he is plucking numbers from the air, “oh, 2-3 maybe 10 years”. Not really reliable on timelines interestingly for a watch retailer… ????

Sure, the market is booming, but how is that an excuse to be rude to your customers? We’ll see who is caught with their pants down when the tide ebbs.

What a shame when they have such a rich history and lofty values to fail so badly at it. Don’t be fool by the decor, cause they can’t wait to show you the door.

Great customer service, immediate attention and care! Compétence and HONESTY. I am impressed! Will not go elsewhere for any watch matter I might have.

Came by in April to put my name down for a watch. They refused to do so as I also put my name down in another shop... Apparently, having business doesn't interest them.
Advice to management: When you can have new customers, the bare minimum is to be polite.

By far the best store in Lausanne! Very helpful & polite staff with competitive prices. The store manager (Loic) is very knowledgeable & always available for his clientele. I strongly suggest to pass by before buying your next watch...

Very friendly and accommodating staff. We left a very Important item at the store and they went “above and beyond” to reunite it with us.
