Dishonest seller, be really careful!

I bought a car from Stephane, he promised that it doesn't require any repairment and we can drive right away. After 2 days there was big leak of refrigeration fluid and the battery was completely empty! He promised to fix those issues. You can see in the pictures the "new" part that he put inside! He just glued it by silicon! He said that he was waiting for this part to be delivered and this why the repair took 3 weeks! In general only after 2 months we finally got back the car we paid for... and not even in the condition that was described.
Also he said that there was a big service of transmission, I just check with other garage that is leaking of oil, as well the rear differential.
The MFK that was stamped was not truly done as this car would never pass the test.
He is a BIG liar. I strongly encourage to avoid this seller! Run away!!!!!! I will take this to court, as I bought a safe family car that is everything but the opposite of the above.
Not to mention that he didn't give me second pair of keys...he said that their are in Serbia...

Ich habe mehrere Anfragen per E-Mail geschrieben wegen einem Auto, welches mich interessiert. Bis heute keine konkrete Antwort und keine weiteren Infos über das Fahrzeug, wie ausgeführte Services, letzte MFK etc. Sehr schade!!
