Best Car delivery ever, they explained me the functions of the cars in detail, the tank was full and the car was covered by a soft velvet cloth. The car was super clean and shining and all the operators were hospitable and kind. They also delighted me with a gift full of some italian goodies.

I went to the Hirsch Ruckstuhl AG with my old car for an exchange with a new GLB 35. The person responsible was Mr. Farmakis. I am really happy and pleased how they handle the customers. In the first apportment I went to ask for the price of the car, and they offered a really competitive price. Then they described in detail regarding the prciing and various options to buy the car. Then on the day of delivery of the car, they showed us all the options in the car in detail. He explained and finally handed over the keys. They also introduced to various sections in the office where I should go for a service and also help desk.

So I would strongly recommed for anyone looking to buy a car, an exchange of cars, they really know what they are doing. And they treat customer really well. They also make the whole process really easy.
I would rate them with a 5 stars for their really good handling of the customer.

Pleasure to be their customer. I was dealing with Athanasios and this was the approach I imagine, when you come to buy a car.

Had also very good experience with solving issues, because there was small problem with tyre right after the purchase. There was absolutely no issue for them to take the bills for fixing that. These are the moments when you recognize a good company.
