I am very disspointed in Nature Design's customer service. We bought several products from them - among one was a water bottle from them and after only a few times use, the top part that comes in contact with your mouth broke a piece off when we unscrewed the lid. Obviously a production error. We took it back to the shop and they refused to swop it. Very poor service and attitude in the shop.

Zügige Lieferung & tolle Produkte. Die Verarbeitung der Glasprodukte (Karaffe, Trinkflasche & Edelsteinstab) ist spitze und die Optik einfach super. Auch die Pinus Cembra Artikel kann ich sehr empfehlen. Für mich persönlich ist die Nachhaltigkeit aufgrund des Verzichts auf Plastik in den Produkten und der Verpackung zudem ein großer Pluspunkt.

la bouteille testée est très bien mais niveau livraison et service après-vente c'est la catastrophe, je paye plus cher pour une livraison à domicile et ils décident sans prévenir d'envoyer en point relais loin de chez moi. Et le service après-vente n'est ni aimable, ni conciliant. Dommage

Genau nach solchen Produkten habe ich gesucht. Nachhaltig, praktisch und die Designs speziell. Der Kundenservice vor Ort in Sarnen ist sehr hilfsbereit & freundlich. Außerdem ist die Pinus Cembra Linie der Wahnsinn.
