Kate is the best person to train with. She creates such a welcoming and motivating atmosphere that you just want to come back and train more. In addition you leave the place with a smile and stronger body. I enjoyed pregnancy exercises, postnatal exercises (Rückbildung) and Pilates. She is an exceptional trainer, who pays attention to every detail and makes the training safe and effective. Truly recommended! :-)

Ich gehe mit meiner Tochter ins fitdankbaby und wir gehen sehr gerne. Als mama sport zu machen und das baby einfach mitnehmen ist super unkompliziert. Und auch wenns dem baby mal nicht so passt ist es kein Problem. Danke kate!

Heute meine erste Pilates Stunde bei Kate pure movement absolviert. Nach langer Pause war ich etwas aus der Übung und Ausdauer.
Die kleine Gruppe machte es möglich auf die einzelnen Teilnehmerinnen einzugehen um die richtige Technik und Position zu praktizieren. Kate ist eine Inspiration und vollkommen hingebungsvoll.. ich fühle mich absolut gut nach dieser Erfahrung kann sie von Herzen empfehlen - nie wieder übervolle und überbuchte Fitnesstempel... habe gleich ein Abo gebucht - DIESES Leistung zum gegebenen Preis ist kaum zu Toppen! Meine Entdeckung des Jahres!

Ich und meine Tochter waren im "Fit dank Baby" Kurs bei Katharina. Ich hatten grossen Spass und habe gleichzeitig etwas für mich, meinen Körper und meine Tochter gemacht. Jederzeit wieder! Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit.
