Wer ein Produkt ab Stange will (Tageslinsen), wird unfreundlich und belehrend abgewiesen. Lieber würde man Service, Beratung etc. verkaufen. Kunde ist König versteht man nicht. Herr Krähenbühl sollte viel. mal etwas an seiner Einstellung arbeiten. Nie wieder!
