Positive: The room was clean, friendly staff and the hotel is close to the train station. Overall, good place for short-term stay.. Negative: The bed wasn't comfortable and breakfast could use some improvement. More variety is needed perhaps like an omelet or something..

We went to buy some take away food due to covid. I liked the place and the energy of the smiley personnel. The food was OK and if I will visit Heiden again, I will stay there for sure
