We have been coming to Hasliberg for two years in a row now. It's a great destination for families, with a very well managed ski school. Our two children were signed in for a week in late February 2023, and they were properly looked after by their respective teachers.

Our youngest was in a group led by Nicole, who was always good-mooded, had a pleasant no-nonsense mentality, and took her tone to answer any questions.

Another big plus is the cooperation with the Häslitaxi that drives up to Bidmi and down again in a well-oiled fashion, even when attendance is at its highest. They really seem to have great control over their logistics. The cherry on top is the general friendless in the Berner Oberland.

Why not five stars, you ask? The ski race at the end of the week could have been executed better. Due to the extraordinary warm circumstances the slope had to be improvised, placing it on an almost flat terrain for a very short stretch. The kids that were in the short classes (2 hrs) got one try, which was basically coming down in a single file lane. The long classes (3,5 hrs) got two runs. It all felt quite unsatisfying, even though for the kids joining is the most important thing. 4,5 out of 5 stars!

My wife and I went for lessons for the first time with the instructor named Bo. Such an amazing teacher and person. He received as if he was super happy to see us and was excited for us. He was very profesional, patient and helpful.
We did two sessions of 2 hours and with that it was enough for us to feel confident to go on the slopes with him. Overall it was a fantastic experience and we were really impressed by him and can only recommend him to others. 5 stars without a doubt

Rude and bad mannered Ms Blatter, who cannot give simple response to a simple enquiry, names of places given repeatedly without time to write it or spelling as asked, yet hangs up the phone and does not pick up when calls are made further. Absolutely horrible manners. No manager to talk to and several attempts to call back made. No manager to speak to despite 6 phone calls made after the phone was rudely hang up, and only 1 call answered. The manager ‘was not available’ and no time given of his availability to discuss and provide feedback. Shame that they do not provide race location like other ski resorts to the parents in clear communications, shame that they had no interest in giving clear information despite attempts to get the names of locations given rapidly and without interest in paying customers

The group lesson experience was horrible for me because I was a complete beginner, never been on skiis before. The class was supposed to be for beginners but no basics were taught. If I were to base this rating just on that I would maybe give it one star. But I ended up booking private lessons and had the greatest instructor ever and ended up having a great time.

Great experience and really organized! I would highly recommend the Snowboarding instructor. The flexibility was great too!

Flavia and Sabine was very friendly and very professional teachers learning the kids without of pressure so many skills in so short time. Highly recommending this school

I hade some amazing private lessons, while kids were in ski-school. All learned a lot with very friendly and competent teachers. Can definitely recommend them!!!

Outstanding instructors - my boys loved every single minute of the lessons and made huge progress - skiing like pros now!
