Since moving to Geneva I've had to start learning French. I have two admissions to make. The first is that I had French at school many years ago and didn't bother to pay attention. Why should I have? Everyone speaks English right, wrong. In my little corner of Geneva practically no-one speaks English. The second admission is that I'm useless at languages. So any language school is going to have to work hard to get the language into my brain.
I've been doing the A1-A2 intensive French course for the last 8 weeks. Despite Corona, the lessons have continued online. Full marks for the school for reacting quickly and moving the lessons from the classroom to Zoom. Full marks for the two teachers who's seemingly never-ending patiencehas got me to level A2.

École Club Migros has state of the art facilities, has a very large selection of language programs and other areas of learning open to a diverse group of people of all walks of life. A friendly and warm environment.

Ne tombez surtout pas malade si vous avez décidé de faire une formation dans cette école, car vous devrez payer votre cours en totalité et même sous présentations d'un certificat médical ils ne vous laissent pas reprendre la formation plus tard. (a moins biensûr que vous payez des frais supplémentaires pour une assurance annulation) Donc de l'argent de perdu et aucun moyen d'effectuer la formation. Aucune empathie.
De plus, vous communiquez votre CM a la personne en charge des absences, qui prend 2 mois pour vous répondre.

J'ai du appeler a 2 reprises, et c'est 2 mois après avoir du arrêter ma formation(pour raisons médicales) que l'école m'informe que je ne peux pas reprendre la formation plus tard, mais biensûr ma facture reste dû.

Ecole Médiocre et le service administratif incompétent. A fuir!!!

Cours "semi-intensif" devait commencer le 20 Mars, repoussé au mois de mai et finira au mois de septembre. Ne sont pas très sérieux. Je déconseille.

Enseignants professionnels , matériel au Top, excellent accueil à la réception et prix très abordables , locaux modernes et à la pointe de la technologie et à côté du train , en face du tram et des bus

Le service client est pathétique.
On doit se connecter pour pouvoir s'inscrire au cours choisi et payé MAIS l'abonnement n'y figure pas!
Après plusieurs appels et deux déplacements pour voir si une solution pouvait être trouvée, on me dit qu'ils ne peuvent rien n'y faire!. Ce n'est pas une réponse à faire au client!
Le service client et l'informatique chez Migros n'est pas leur priorité!
