I have already evaluated this place with the best impressions. I still believe that they have vert good food, but the last time I found "things" in my wine, pasta and towel. Please be careful with the cleanliness of the items served as well as the dishes you serve.Hope that was just a bad day. Also, I never liked the baskets they serve the bread, look dirty.

Nice place, nice staff, great food. A little noisy as the place was full... would be great if the ceiling had some sound absorption, but other than that it's a great option in Gossau (staff are much friendlier than Pergola Italian restaurant).

Very friendly staff and good food But the rooms are definitely very basic and simple and if you compare with other Hotels especially the Sonne. but nevertheless friendly and correct.

Wir waren zu 4. dort zum Abendessen. Das Restaurant ist sehr hundefreundlich hat uns wurde prompt ein ruhigerer Platz angeboten, da wir 2 Hunde dabei hatten. Die Speisekarte ist sehr vielfältig und schön gestaltet. Die Preise sind in Ordnung und die Portionen bei den Hauptspeisen, teilweise recht üppig.
Uns allen hat das Essen hervorragend geschmeckt, der offene Rotwein war sehr passend und das Ambiente ist wirklich schön, durch die moderne und stilvolle Einrichtung. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder und bedanken uns hiermit für den tollen Abend!

Essensqualität hat leider stark abgenommen, wir sind etwas enttäsucht über die Frische und die Qualität der Salate und der Pizzen. Vegipizza hatte nach Kühlschrank schmeckendes Gemüse drauf und der Salsiz auf der anderen Pizza war einfach eine sehr schlechte Qualität, wir haben 3/4 der Pizzas stehen gelassen. Schade... war schon bedeutend besser... Service war toll und zuvorkommend.

Katastrophe! Wir raten hier von einem Aufenthalt (Übernachtung) dringend ab! Kein Feedback auf mein Mail, und hierzu habe ich fast zwei Monate zugewartet. Sie haben es nicht nötig auf meine Beanstandungen einzugehen. Kein Morgenessen und keine Ansprechsperson vor Ort! Wir kommen nie mehr hier hin!
