Sehr netter Empfang und kompetente Beratung. Tolles Team. Super Preis Leistungsverhältnis, wie ich finde. Konnte das Bike am nächsten Tag parad abholen. Kann Gätzi Sport nur empfehlen.

Wir waren hier nun schon 3-4 mal. Das Personal war eigentlich immer aufmerksam, freundlich und kompetent. Bei Beratungen hatten wir auch nie den Eindruck, dass wir dann aber auch etwas kaufen müssten.

Auch die Werkstatt ist freundlich und sehr zügig mit ihrer Arbeit. Auch Nachbesserungen werden ohne zu zögern, klagen oder erneuter Rechnung gemacht.

Etwas schade fand ich, dass ich um eine Kostenschätzung bitten musste, als ich unsere Räder zum Service brachte. Gerade bei neuen Kunden sollte das meiner Meinung automatisch passieren. Leider wurde die Einschätzung dann auch deutlich übertroffen, ohne eine Info an mich.

Alles in allem ein gutes und kompetentes Fachgeschäft mit entsprechenden Preisen.
