Positive: The staff was outstanding! They were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location is great, with only a short bus ride into Interlaken. The breakfast and dinner was exceptional. Negative: There was no minifridge, but the staff did put a few drinks on ice for us.

Beautiful place. Very good staff.
The bath and WC in the room have clear glass doors, so privacy is an issue while using the bathroom.

This was perhaps one of the best accommodations my family and I have ever stayed with. My wife and I and my parents stayed here for my father's birthday and were absolutely blown away by the exceptional customer service, professionalism, warm and comfortable setting, and delicious food!

We are not native German, French, or Italian speakers but the staff were so very kind and understanding about both this and our early departure/check-out.

Can't say enough how positive our experience was here!

The hotel is accessible via a short feeder bus ride from Interlaken bus interchange. The staff were warm and friendly during the course of our stay and gave us tips for our stay in Interlaken.

Their in-house restaurant is pretty popular and almost always packed, so if you would like to try their dishes, do make a reservation with the staff in advance

Great hotel. Awesome derives very quiet and clean. Very fancy restaurant downstairs. Very friendly staff and great room. Large bed and eel decorated but the bathroom needs a lot of work. Would recommend.

We stayed tor 3 nights and have very pleasant stay. First time in Interlake and wow with the scenery. Opposite the hotel is a lake and behind is an open space facing the mountains. Great location and quite for relaxation. Their staff is super duper friendly & attentive. Must try their Q restaurant. It is always pack of people when we are staying there! Must try their goulash!
It will be great if they can style brighter bedroom & modern bathroom.

It’s a perfect holiday destination, the hotel is on the main road and in between mountains and greenery.

In front of the hotel you will find a lovely lake, just the view from outside is breathtaking.

Breakfast is great and everything is so perfect.
