Clinic with really good conditions and great therapists, however the administrative services are a chaos. They only give a plan for each month and every time you need to get back because they changed the times that were previously agreed on.

I am writing this on behalf of my mother who spent 3 weeks at the clinique. Her overall impression was that many things could be improved on. The catering system, in comparison to other rehabs and hospitals, was complicated and of mediocre quality. For an institution of this repute, the expectation is that broken lights get fixed and phones are working upon arrival. Minus certain exceptions (could count on one hand - see below) the staff were of varying competence when actually, a patients expectation is for consistency. All in all, room for improvement. Special thanks to Sam, Bruno, Silvana and Isabel for caring.
