When I called to find out the opening hours, I was told that I could not come unless I had specific models already selected from the website. They thought it absurd that someone might want to browse.

I have repair my Rolex daytona watch at Watchattitude in Geneva. Full service. I'm very pleased with the work done, the price and the delay. I will go back there again if I need. They are very nice and serious people.
