I love VIU. I discovered them by chance a few years ago and keep returning - I own 4 pairs (normal and sunglasses) from them! The frames are trendy, the staff is great, the price is very fair and I never had to wait more than 10 days to receive my glasses. Once, they went above and beyond to repair the frame I broke of a model that had been discontinued. It's a very caring team!

Great quality and variety. Very helpful staff. Nathan was extremely kind and professional: he has a great eye and he knew immediately which model would fit best. We were very pleased and impressed.

I had an amazing experience with Nathan at VIU. My sunglasses needed fixing, and Nathan was able to repair them incredibly quickly and didn't even charge me! He went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with the results, and I really appreciate his exceptional customer service. Thank you, Nathan!

I had an amazing experience at VIU Genève. Lise-Marie was very professional and took the time to do multiple tests and caught what other optometrists could not. Even after my glasses came in she did more tests and adjustments to make sure they were perfect. I highly recommend VIU in Genève!

I had the most amazing experience with the Geneva VIU team! They are very professional, know perfectly and smoothly how to run a sight test while making you laugh, give the best pieces of advice when it comes to choosing the glasses that fit you best (and being very honest - a thing I find rare and very much need ahah). A whole experience I highly recommend. And I mean the final result ?! Fabulous. Handmade in Italy, designed in Switzerland, quick to deliver and high quality product, what are we asking for! Thanks a bunch again for this wonderful experience :)
