I highly recommend this store because the seller is very honest and knowledgeable. I didn’t buy at his store at the end because the most suitable model for my needs would take long to be delivered. And instead of pushing us to buy another bike, he recommended the store of a colleague whom he called to check if he had the suitable model in stock. He is committed to genuinely cater to the customers’ needs rather than pushing for the sale. Thank you so much for your work ethics!

Don't go there if your French identifies you as a foreigner. I went there to get a quote for a custom made bike. My old (custom made) bike got stolen and I needed a quote for the assurance and to buy a new bike. As my documents from the insurance were not in french, he insisted in calling the insurance company to ask what exactly they wanted. My word was apparantly not enough for him. I let him call them, as I believed if they tell him in proper french he may be more helpful and would service me. I quickly called this of, as I relised he was negotiating the refund on my behalf! Worst of it, he proposed an amount of CHF 1600,- The bike was stolen from our building, therefore we are supposed to get the amount refunded, to buy a comparable new bike in Switzerland which would cost about CHF 4000,- in this very shop!
To top it off, he asked me to pay CHF 100 before servicing me. When things went south, he offered to reimburse me. As I paid with a credit card, he gave me cash back. The bill he gave me was an old CHF 100 bill which is not accepted in the shops since a couple of month. So I had to go to the bank to get a bill I could actual pay with in a shop. And don't tell me this guy was not aware of that. He is a shop owner, he must know about this.

Friendly yet serious service. I recommend highly. Other shops in Geneva a bit arrogant in comparison.

I usually take my Brompton here after a poor experience with Cyclable nearby. Friendly guy who is serious about bikes.

Un accueil chaleureux, des conseils avisés et un très grand professionnalisme ! Que ce soit pour des réparations ou pour acheter un nouveau vélo, j'ai toujours été plus que satisfait des services proposés par Mathieu. Et ça fait des années que j'y vais !
