We received the most caring, considerate and wholesome care for our little cat Momo that we could have asked or hoped for. The staff were completely competent, very friendly and forthcoming, as well as genuinely passionate about their work.

Reading past reviews I cannot help but feel clients are inclined to base their whole reviews on the correctness of a diagnosis, which they perceive in black and white. Our cat was wrongly diagnosed by another vet, and when we went to this vet (as it was a Sunday) it also took some time to find out exactly what was wrong with our cat. I do not hold a grudge against our previous vet for the initial misdiagnosis nor do I see the multiple trips we had to this one to ultimately discover what was wrong with our cat as wasted or unnecessary. I can fully empathize and understand that it is not always possible to immediately identify the exact ailment of an animal - it can take time, some back and forth, and the sincerity, compassion and competence of those who guide you along that process is what I value most, and what I encountered here, at this veterinary practice.

An amazing staff (including Alexandra) and surgeon (Bianca) saved the ear of our mini Schnauzer with an impeccable suture after he was bitten by a staffie. A year on and they are always helpful, our pup really enjoys his visits!

My dog had an acute allergy in the middle of night. While other 24 hours vet in Canton Vaud are closed at night due to COVID19, this place was open and my dog was treated right away and now he is stablised. Thank you!!!

I agree with most of the previous comments. Go for regular checkups, vaccines and stuff, but not for serious things. I do believe they have good vets (I've known a few), but once you have the bad luck to get the ones that don't care about your cat, it can be horrible.

I took my cat there a few months ago because she was not eating anymore. She had lost 2 kg since a few months and the "vet" answer was: "oh, it's ok to lose 2 kg in a few months. It would be serious if it was in 1 week. Just change the food" (she thought it wasn't needed to do blood test).

Then my cat started peeing outside the litter box and vomiting, so I called them to ask if I should go there. The answer: "if there is no blood, just change the litter"

They made me feel I cared too much for nothing. My cat is now internalised in a real veterinary center, probably with kidney failure and I don't know if I will be able to take her home ever again. If you don't like to be a vet, please don't become one. People trust you with their animals, they trust you care. Be really careful before going here.

This beautiful practice has my unending gratitude. In a moment of carelessness our darling kitten jumped from our open window and fell! The doctors here are absolutely wonderful! Competent, kind, skilled, compassionate. We would have lost our furry child without them! (Because of Covid19 I have been unable to start French classes, but luckily everyone there speaks English very well.) The practice even referred me to a person for putting screens up in our apartment. Each and every person there was wonderful from the veterinarians to the vet techs. We were so floored by the level of care our baby had that we will only take our pets there from now on! Please visit for yourself, I am sure you will find the same.

I have been living in Geneva for 5 years and have tried several veterinaries for my cat because it has been a real struggle to find the right veterinary professional and cabinet for my Cat. Following a serious Cat emergency that happened on a Sunday - when no other traditional vet was open- I have found Cabinet Veterinaire de la Jonction. The best veterinary service in Geneva. For this i wish to thank and commend to the Cabinet team and especially Mr. Tibor the veterinary professional because the life of my cat was saved. A quick and professional response by qualified professionals - not junior assistants as many other cabinets- was of essence. The cat spent several days hospitalised and has undergone many controls since and is happily recovering now. Again a big thank you to the cabinet assistants, vets staff and a special mention for Tibor who has all the qualities of an excellent professional: He cares about the owners and the animal patients, when he gives you advices he puts the interest of the patient and owners first; he is very skilled and knowledgeable, when the case is serious (like ours) he always asks for secondary advice from colleagues and does not hesitate to consult the literature, he is able to decide when others panic or are in doubt, he works in a team with his vet colleagues and assistants, he makes the right decisions and in short he saves lives. Special mention also to the assistants Camille and to a Chilean lady who also took so much care of my cat during hospitalisation.

I highly recommend this veterinarian. She has been amazing in offering the best service to help protect and save our cat. I highly recommend this veterinarian. They are available to help even in the middle of the night. We don’t know what we would have done without them and their amazing help.

Excellent and attentive staff. Very clean and sanitary facilities. No matter how busy they are, they take the time to show affection to my pets.
