5 star for the super great service! Been there countless times and the service doesn't change. It's consistently great! Also the shop is budget friendly and also the mechanics/owner are also super friendly. Great place to bring your bike to be fixed. My go to shop for my bike.

Had consistently good service here, with really reasonable prices. They took my bike in with a flat tire and fixed it the same day. Bonus is that they are open on Mondays, unlike some other bike shops.

I had a last minute break issue on my bike before a triathlon race, several other repair shops couldn't do it because of the type (hydraulic) type of the break.
Velo Service were amazing, they promised to fix it within 24 hours and they delivered! This despite it being during the high season with loads of other bikes lined up for the service. The price was also reasonable.
Merci beaucoup, I will definitely use the service again!

Had the most amazing service by Tim. I had an issue with my bike, didnt any money at the moment. And Tim fixed my bike, and allowed me to pay him back few days later. Really amazing service, good human skill like back in a days. All in the trust. Word is bond ????????????

The owner of the bike shop is extremely rude. He over charge you for every little thing you ask and he insult you if you don't speak fluent French. The overall operational service is good, but the mood of the people inside makes you take your bike and bring it elsewhere...

The job done was good, however I can't say the same about customer service. I got yelled at really badly because I asked for a receipt - the guy said he would have charged me more had he known he had to waste time writing one (which took him 20 seconds). Quite sad.
