I got a BuyClub deal for this studio and then ended up purchasing a new bundle of classes because I was so happy with them. Specifically the Pilates classes offered by Nayla as well as Miranda’s barre classes. Very different types of classes and it was the first time I tried either. Both are very good and complementary to each other working on strength, flexibility and endurance. Love both teachers, very professional and caring.

Horrible place! Apart from two teachers that I had a pleasure to meet ( I don’t get how they can deal with their boss) the administration and management is horrible! They treat people without any respect and kindness! Definitely if you have a chance avoid this place and for sure if you consider working there than don’t !

Everyone can have an unexpected situation in life which makes you cancel the class last min but even with a doctor attestation I was charged for my class! Unacceptable. Good luck.

Simply the best. Top of the pops in both yoga and pilates. They are certified, know their stuff and give great individual coaching (also in collective classes). It has been almost 2 ½ years since I first walked in and I have been coming back regularly ever since.

I attended a prenatal yoga class in July 2020, and upon arrival at the studio there was a substitute teacher who told us she had zero yoga training and in fact planned to do a full pilates course (without consultation or apology, simply that the class was being changed). It goes without saying, these are two completely different classes. When I inquired with the teacher if she had prenatal training, she was defensive, and indicated that her 10 years of pilates training was sufficient - which is in fact not the case, prenatal classes should be taught by those with dedicated training and expertise. She then proceed to do a series of corrections and poses which are contraindicated during pregnancy. I have attended other classes at this studio (e.g. Vinyasa Flow) which were fine, but would not recommend the prenatal yoga classes.

Classes are good but client service is horrible. Classes start late and overbooks so you may book 1h pilates machine and you will have to do 30' floor and 30' machines. Worst part is that they will justify that the class normally is like that when is clearly not. Personally I consider that fraud. Won't come back.

Always great room classes, and now I’ve just had my first zoom class it is also fabulous, I feel so light, and awaken! Love it!

I loved this place. The instructor was amazing, and the people were friendly and very inviting. I would recommend this yoga studio to everyone.
