- For Covid tests: reception staff took so long to register, but they were only two and we were four people waiting. We were admitted 30 minutes after the appointment because of the slow registration.
- I took appointment for the following day, I arrived on time for my appointment, the receptionist initially couldn’t find me in the system ????. The doctor does not speak any English, none! Partially my bad as I assumed doctors speak a certain level of English, I didn’t ask, ASK if you don’t speak French.
- Gynecologist: it was only one time consultation and never again as he advised to perform a surgery in few days which seemed unusual for Geneva to have an available surgeon and an available operation room/ clinic for non urgent case within few days

We were worried because of the previous reviews for covid tests.. Indeed the place isn't well organised, and you probably shouldn't come here if you don't speak any French. But within 40 minutes we got our rapid test and the printed result, and friendly conversation too.

I used Swiss Medical Center for travel COVID test. Firstly, they said the PCR test results would take 24 hours, but it took 48 hours, which meant last minute I had to run around for a test. Secondly, they gave misinformation, that an antigen test was not ok for me to fly to the UK, but actually it's perfectly fine. They still won't refund me. It seems to run for profit only and not medical reasons. Avoid using them!

Very bad experience with the Gynecologist ????????????????????????I never see a doctor rude with a patient like this!!! I’m a doctor too, but I never treat my patient with this way even if they’re late and I accept to see them in my clinic !! He shouldn’t deal with the patient like a body only they have a soul too !! The worst doctor patient relationship I had ever saw !! The only good thing with this hospital bad experience is the nurse thank you she was very polite.

They are as good as you will get for a walk-in clinic in Geneva. Really nice staff. I’ve had one doctor that was a bit strange - but others were quite competent.

Awful experience. Rudely greeted by the reception, and then I was told I could not be treated (even though I have CIGNA insurance), and asked for the bill to b mailed to me, they said it was not possible I had to pay cash upfront which I didn't have, and was told to go to a hospital who would accept my insurance. Really bad experience and I would not recommend this place just for the lack of customer service alone.

Went there about 4 times, and was each time greeted by a very caring doctor, taking note of the little things so my treatment could go smoothly.
If only it wasn't for emergencies, I would go there everytime I was sick

Totally unorganized. Doctors are nonchalant, uninterested and carelessly prescribing things without any explanation or checking a patient’s medical history.
