Long story short - small, modern, expensive, good location, nonsense training plans and organization. The full story: it is centrally located, easy access, fairly modern and fresh, but this is where the positives end. The organization is a mess - you come for a session which is limited to a particular 1.5h time slot per week, yet the machines you need are taken by another session - both fixed in the weekly schedule. There is also no one to explain the exercises, as the only person capable of doing so is involved in the other class. At the same time having any time slots for most of the sessions has no sense anyway, as the whole involvement of Sport Quest is to provide an A4 sheet with a fixed training plan. For so-called CTAs there is no supervision and barely any introduction, plus the exercises are poorly designed (attached). You would be probably better off just following any YouTube courses. The staff is also not interested in your level nor goals nor even proper warm-up and stretching (5min run is recommended as climbing warmup, stretching not mentioned) - A4 is all you get anyway. The climbing/mountaineering one is neither applicable to the beginners nor to the advanced and make absolutely no sense as a complementary climbing training - just doubles some typical exercises that one could do anywhere. On top of that it involves jumping around the crowded room on top of people's heads. The supervised HIT-like sessions are OK, although need to be booked at least 1-week in advance. Yoga is of the easy kind; short and nice. The working hours are not impressive and there are basically no sessions offered on Saturday. Sunday is closed. It also took me more than 2 weeks to get a fully working account with ability to see schedule and reserve... French is spoken and rather obligatory.
To sum up, it's a nice small gym as long as you can fully plan and execute your training and want something with easy access and central location. It's rather high price for the value, though.

Sebastien est un des coachs les plus gentils et compétents que je connaisse :) Moi qui vais souvent à la salle en trainant les pieds, sa présence rend la séance supportable, voire presque relaxante! Je recommande à 100%.
