Our electric garage door is broken almost 3 months now and and they didn’t lift one finger to fix it! The best they could do was to print some papers telling their clients to « leave the door open » Pretty pathetic for any standards! Simply unacceptable for those in Switzerland…

Very good experience in the relationship with Pilet & Renaud throughout the years. Professional, modern and highly responsive, the agency stands out from the -typically low- average of rental agencies in Geneva.

really bad experience. They make us pay for all the problems that they generate and they also did not take the responsability when we talk to them

I don’t even want to give them one star. Pilet & Renaud has zero professionalism and egregious service. If you can avoid any interaction with them, your tenancy will be fine. If you need the slightest thing, they are rude, unresponsive, and quick to hold you liable for any and everything in writing to protect themselves. Upon announcing I was breaking my lease with 2 months notice (1 more than required) and having provided 4 viable replacement candidates, they took so long to reach out to them that when I hadn’t heard back from them a week prior to my move out date, they had the audacity to tell me I was responsible for rent the following month or to provide new candidates and caused so much unnecessary stress. I will never ever ever sign a Pilet & Renaud lease again. If you are a homeowner, do not work with them. They are a nightmare to interact with and treat you like a criminal. PS: The receptionists are lovely!

Pilet & Renaud, please do not reach out to me with a canned response, the damage is done.

Generally, my experience with Pilet Renaud as a tenant was very good. However, since I moved out, they have been impossible. I moved out October 2020, it is April 2021 and Pilet Renaud has not taken the action needed for my security deposit (u003eCHF6,000!) to be released. All invoices are paid and confirmations sent. I have been following up persistently and they do not respond to emails. It is like now that I am no longer a tenant they can completely ignore me. I just want this to end.

We applied for an apartment in this regie and a staff called us on Feb 23 that we got the apartment and that we are moving on March 1 (yes in a week's time). We've waited for the next call for the contract signing. Prepared our things, scheduled a visit for the old apartment, asked for friends' help for the move. Still haven't received a call for an appointment. My husband called them several times to follow up and we were assured that it is ours and not to worry. That they are just waiting for so and so's approval and signature. Friday came and my husband followed up again and they said they will call on March 1(day of supposed move). They didn't call us so my husband went ahead to their office and was told that our name wasn't on the list. The caller (their staff) informed us later that it was a mistake and that the apartment was already taken by an agent. Even an apology is not enough for the stress they have caused us. My daughters are already looking forward and were so disappointed. Youngest daughter so sad.

Have read the bad reviews and someone had the same experience, now I understand. Beware!

I have rented an apartment in Geneva. The day I have moved in, I open the door and find the apartment completely dirty. Disgusting, I couldn't believe my eyes. I have spent something like 6hours moping and sanitising the whole place. Couldn't believe something like this can happen in Switzerland!
