Staff is very friendly, and very experienced. Open to help and advise you a lot. Not a good shop for developing films. Was 20$ per film, and they came out VERY grainy (not true film grain, but scanner grain)

Wow, wow, wow!Great photography store, something I would expect to find in NY City if I was in the states. Just got a Sony A9 can't wait to take it out this weekend..... Early birthday to myself ????....! Yes
This has been my go to shop for the past year, the staff is very helpful in making sure you have what you need or they will find it for you. Great selection of used glass as well if you are looking for something special.

An outstanding camera shop and beyond. Without any doubt the only option in Geneva. Deep knowledge of photography, large inventory of items in new or second hand cameras and lenses and accessories to cover any need. I found amazing analog/manual buys there. Their lab is also great - possibly the only place in the area to develop negatives/print or buy materials to develop yourself. Always a pleasure going there!

Geneva's own B&H. The product selection in-store is impressive, new and used. You can actually try out and handle the equipment, which is something you can't do online no matter how many reviews you've read. The staff are photographers themselves, happy to share their thoughts in areas they have experience with rather than pushing this or that brand or venturing into areas they're not familiar with. The down to earth attitude is very refreshing in this business.

Had my best passport shot in Geneva with Photo Verdaine. Very professional service, give helpful instructions about facial appearance, photo measurements, and a light after touch(cover red spots, glasses reflection, etc). With option to have extra digital copies too. Will come back next time. Highly recommended!

This is THE store for all your camera, TV and sound, and many other elecronics needs. The people who work here are the epitome of professionalism.

Lemme tell you about professionalism (if I get any of the employees names wrong, please forgive me):

This older gentleman walks in, dressed in raggety clothes, and stank. You never smelled such a stink! He had a stink aura of about 1 meter around him. I thought he was a homeless person just trying to come in outta the rain, but nope. He was a paying customer looking for what looked like a digital recorder.

Paulo (I think) helped him, and I mean helped him. He stood right next to the guy, asked him what he needed, took a device from the store shelf, and briefly assisted him with the device. The gentleman payed and left, but returned shortly thereafter.

Another counter person also stood right next to him and assisted him with a feature of his newly purchased device.

These guys are the real deal. Philippe helped me with my purchases. Both Paulo and Philippe spoke very good English.

But the customer service is what really blew me away. I'd buy anything for these people!

Good shop for Sony products and pro photo equipment purchase. They have all the latest gadgets. Slightly overpriced though.
