Came to do a rapid-test, asked me to wait outside and I was not allowed to enter the pharmacy. Agreed to send me my results by email only when I asked them for this.

I had to go late at night and the pharmacist was very sleepy and odd. The emergency fee what something like 30.-! It seemed a bit dated with mostly empty shelves. It's a pharmacy, not a place where you go to hang out so I guess it's ok...

Just go to Pharma 24. It’s close by, open later, and way better service. Also has much better stock of medications.

Je suis venu faire un test COVID, j'ai été très bien accueilli par les employés de la pharmacie. Services et renseignements de qualités ! je recommande fortement.

Me traînant, fiévreuse, à la pharmacie en ce 3ème jour de grippe, je n'ai pu avoir qu'une partie de ma prescription. La pharmacienne m'a très obligeamment proposé de me livrer le reste à domicile, ce qui a été fait l'après midi même sans que j'ai à ressortir. J'ai beaucoup apprécié ce service!

Accueil super nul ils m'ont dit d'aller chercher le masque pour prendre le bus à la coop de Champel si je ne voulais pas acheter leur masque ffp2 super cher. Après insistance il a fini par me vendre un masque moins cher, il voulait juste me vendre le plus cher.

Incompetent... La personne que j'ai vu ne savait pas ce que c'est qu'un pansement, ni les médicaments sur mon ordonnance, heureusement que je savais ce qui était dessus sinon elle m'aurait donné complètement autre chose !
Pour la pharmacie la plus proche de l'hôpital, c'est une honte...
Je n'y remettrai pas les pieds.
