The service is absolutely appalling. The female pharmacist is nice enough, but the male pharmacist is unbelievably rude, as other reviews have mentioned. He actually screamed at me for checking the price of an item, not just a slight raise of tone, but shouting for no reason. I would highly recommend avoiding this store, as there are many other lovely pharmacies to shop at. The prices are also, comparatively, quite high.

Appauling service! Despite being a frequent client, got shouted at by the head pharmacist for no good reason...and he didn't even give me my medication. Last time I am setting my foot in there.

They will try and rip you off if possible... No reason given as to why Nicorette gum 4mg 30 pcs cost CHF28.05 as opposed to CHF 17 or 19 in other pharmacies... and this was during normal working hours. BE VERY careful what you buy here....
