When he was in our apartment (3rd of March 2023) working on this, I asked him how deep did he go with his tool.
He said he went 5 meters deep.
Two months later we got an invoice from the régie stating that we had the blockage in our apartment (which was obviously not the case).
I challenged this with the régie and they pointed to the fact that "Pfister & Andreina SA" mentioned that the block was before the main pipe of the building (which is again impossible when you go 5 meters deep).
Called the company on 14th of June to explain the situation.
They called back two days later, saying that their technician never mentioned that he went 5 meters deep (which is a lie).
Now we have to pay a hefty 458 CHF invoice for half an hour work (maximum) of their technician who doesn't remember what the case was (or is lying on purpose)...
Not happy...
