Disgusting place! Judging people and giving them stupid life advice instead of treating them properly. Do not go there. HUG is 10min walking from this stupid place.

An absolute disgrace for a medical centre. Charged CHF 340 for a simple check up, tried to contact them to understand the rationale behind the price and received no answer for 2 months.

Unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

In the first floor they are doing the pcr test for CHF110. A good place to make the test! The results are computed by Unilabs and comes fast. Sometimes they make small errors on the name they print in the result or forget to include your passport number. However they are super attentive and helpful. I think it is the best place to do the PCR in Geneva

I was attended by Dr. Mbayo who's been extremely professional, kind and clear in his explanations (speaks fluent Italian which was a plus for me). I showed up without appointment and had to wait approx 30 min. All staff has been extremely efficient and welcoming

Terrible moneygrab. Went there to get treatment for a minor ailment. Four 5 minute consultants and a blood/swab test cost me 1300 CHF. They couldn't find anything. Disease progressed and I'm in financial issues now.

I had the worst experience with Cristian Iurea - I absolutely don't recommend this institution. I went there due to a swelling on my knee. He made me suffer for one week, send me to MRI and blood tests absolutely not necessary. Final bill more than CHF 1200.- and my knee was worse than before. Went to another doctor, he resolved the issue immediately. This place is a FRAUD, do not ever go there.

Horrible expérience autant par l’accueil ou plutôt le non accueil, que par le médecin qui riait de la patiente en souffrance. Elle a prescrit du paracetamol et l’a renvoyée avec un « vous êtes bien douillette ». La patiente a été hospitalisée d’urgence le même après-midi par SOS médecins.
