We used this agency to rent a furnished flat in Geneva when transitioning back to Switzerland after 13 years spent abroad. We are extremely satisfied with this agency who demonstrated professionalism, responsiveness and care for the tenant (us) alongside the entire duration of our business relationship. Process to initiate and terminate contract was easy, smooth and straight forward with, at the end, immediate settlement (refund) of deposit made at rental signature. I strongly recommend.

Pleasant experience renting with Nettilac. Staff was friendly and helpful, studio was in mostly good condition. Great for expats as most staff speaks some English too. A bit expensive, but since their studios are fully furnished, great for short-term stays.

This is the worst agency in all Switzerland.
Prices are crazy and cleaning expenses after the the stay were a total cheat to the host. 2000 chf per month for a 1 room apartment. 1100 chf for cleaning expenses at the end. Never accept a contract with them!

Relocating to Geneva from London, Nettilac found me a modern, clean, functional studio - all inclusive with internet within a couple of days. It was conveniently located in the city center, very safe and secure. I thought it would just be short term- but ended up renewing the lease twice :)!
I can only recommend Nettilac highly to anyone who wants to get a good feeing of living in Geneva as quickly as possibly before finding a permanent apartment.

Great experience with Nettilac I relocated from NY and I was lucky to find an apartment through this agency. Very neat and cozy apartment in old Town Geneva. Many thanks to the professional and friendly team.

This agency is awful, they will take your deposit one way or another and will never pay it back. they will provide you with some really horrible apartments that lac hygiene.
I rented an apartment in city center with them since may until January but i had to buy a new set of heater since the houses heater wouldn't work.
they are thief's DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY OR SAY GOOD BYE TO YOUR HARD EARNINGS.
