I am reviewing the grooming service my pup received.
It’s true that the puppy wasn’t very comfortable, but little was done to make him. In fact, the groomer seemed more nervous (it was, I’ll give it to her, a Friday evening so she must have been exhausted, but still). She almost immediately recommended the use of CBD, which I allowed but which I was not that much for.
I must note here that the room where she was going to do the grooming was not cleaned from the previous cut, à sloppiness that seemed to reflect later in the grooming, as parts of the cut had been forgotten and I had to do them later myself at home.
After I returned to get my pup back, she and her colleague said the dog hadn’t been easy and that’s why she had to add 10.- to the 90.- agreed upon on the web interface.
She said she had used white shampoo for the white parts of my dog’s hair. I asked her if it was puppy shampoo, she said « of course ». I don’t know of any white shampoo for puppies, but I took her word. Problem being after the grooming, the white of my puppy’s hair lost from its’ shininess, the black parts disappeared, and the brown parts took a very washed out aspect. Also, brown spots started appearing here and there on the coat. These problems are still present two weeks after the grooming.
Moreover, the front of the hair on his face was cut unevenly and in a manner that made the cut look a bit too overdone, so I had to straighten and do that part again myself later with scissors.
I hope the problem of the colouring and spots on my dog’s coat go away, that’s what I’m most anxious about. Puppy hair must be washed with puppy shampoo.
Overall, I don’t think I’ll return for a grooming session here.

Dr. Gurlui, an excellent veterinarian! I've been taking my cat there since he was a kitten. It's an affordable place with friendly employees. I will continue to return in the future.

I booked my appointment online via their app- which was quite easy, but nowhere online does it say there is an additional 60 chf charge for a Sunday appointment. I understand an additional fee but it needs to be CLEARLY STATED )preferably on the appointment booking page) what the amount is, because it was quite a shock! The end price just for having an appointment - was more than double the price listed online!

The vet was adequate- but that was it.

To top it all off they were running EXTREMELY late.

Super friendly staff ! I got an appointment very quickly!!!They are great and my little Alain was super relaxed and at ease even when he is a super shy cat ! Many thanks for taking care of him!Stephanie

I have recently adopted a puppy and My Stetho team (specially Dr. Bianca) has been here patiently for all the questions I might have had in the past months. Frida, my cocker spaniel loves going there. We are always well received and the team is really caring, professional, supporting and attentive. They handled every Frida "problem" very well and I highly recommend their expertise. On the plus side taking appointements is very easy and timings are respected. They also have a large selection of treats and well curated products that makes it hard to leave empty handed :)

I have started with m vet since I got my cat , I vaccinated and neutered my cat everything was ok , after that my cat developed an allergy when I got back there the vet made the exams needed, gave correctly the medicine advised to my cat, my cat still suffers from the allergy, and when I was asking what is the issue the vet she does not give me a proper answer why , I mean seriously we live in 2022 and I know some people who s cat developed the same allergy and they were healing properly.

I don't recommend this vet if you re pet is sick .

Be careful. The priced that they show online are never the ones that you pay in the end! And they are quite messy in the processes.

For example, if you vaccine your kitten, you have to double the price that is shown online, because the kitten needs two shots. But they never tell you this (I even asked in an email). They even tried to make me give the cat 4 dose of different vaccines, when actually it was not needed.
The sterilization price only covers part of it, the actual bill is nearly double!!
On the positive note, the doctors are very nice and caring with your animal.
