Very nice hotel but only stayed for 1 night for a short business meeting. Had a small issue on arrival (room not ready) but the hotel staff resolved it efficiently and in a professional manner. Would highly recommend!

As expected from Mandarin Oriental, Geneva location was well kept and decorated. We stayed in the mandarin room; The room was clean and newly renovated. It has a hint of modern contemporary design while keeping the MO traits. The staffs are very warm and welcoming. From the valet staff who always offer us a can of water if we had to go out, to the check in and concierge desks who always help us out with what we need. A 5 stars well deserved. I will definitely be back.

Double connecting room. Very old and a needs maintenance/refurbishment.
The restaurants and bar are very nice.
Staff is friendly.
You can’t compare this hotel to other mandarins. It’s a older building and might not meet the expected luxurious feeling.

My stay at Mandarin Oriental Geneva was fabulous. The location was perfect, and the design of the room was modern. The chambermaid did a really good job, the room was always perfectly clean and the provided us with everything we need. Really nice japanese restaurant and room service.

Enjoyed a weeks stay at this property and was impressed by the really great service from the desk snd concierge. My room was wonderful. Clean, quiet, comfortable and impressive room service. Their breakfast with fresh orange juice was incredible each morning. I would definitely recommend Mandarin Oriental with 5 stars.

Wonderful weekend at Geneva in this even more wonderful palace. Lucky enough to be upgraded on a last floor room with terrasse ! Thank you so much, you made our stay unforgettable ????
