The delays in delivery are simply unacceptable. We ordered (and paid upfront) a bed beginning of July with the promise of receiving it by end of the month, but actually it was delivered only in September. Same goes for the header of the bed: ordered and paid upfront with the agreement that it would be delivered in 4 weeks maximum, only to get the wrong piece 6 weeks later and now have to wait god knows how many weeks to receive the good one.
The quality of products is undeniably good, but clients are paying for a quality of services that is not being provided.
It’s simply shameful.

Very arrogant lady seller. She treated customers as if she is the “know-it all” and she is just waiting for the occasion to prove that her opinions are very important and should be followed! You will not want to buy anything from this seller !

Ok experience Geneva level. But from promised delivery time. It took continually calling with a delay of 2 weeks. We must remember we are not in US where service is amazing
