it is an emergency shelter for homeless people, I wouldnt go back there, strange environment

Comparing the cost with the facilities, it’s really nice place to stay. Staff are very helpful, friendly and conscious about the clients. In the sixth floor there is a balcony and you will find the Geneva Fountain with nice mountain ranges. I enjoyed their Complementary breakfast.

This is a very good hotel. They serve only breakfast but even then, there are so many eateries in and around the hotel, different cuisines, that you don't have to face any problems. And the people here are extremely friendly, very very helpful and its very homely. For a business trip, it's a perfect destination.

Good hotel and have good accessible facilities including the bathroom. And have good access to public transport. Have a good experience of the hospitality of the staff

Good service and amenities. Breakfast was lip smacking.
Communication was a bit difficult due to native languages being different.

Suitable for travelers who are on a budget! Breakfast choices could be better...
Walking distance to the shops, Migros, the tram... Yey!!

A home away from Africa ....it was a great experience . Good customer care service . Learnt some French words from the hotel staff!

Good basic hotel, free breakfast, easy access for wheelchair, near tram.

Free but bad wifi.
