Stayed here for 10 days at the end of December 2022 and I really loved it. The room was spacious and clean. I got a room on the top floor with a balcony looking over the street/ mountains. It was a bit cold inside the room as the AC doesn’t go higher than 22 degrees for some reasons but they were able to bring me a heater the moment I asked for it.
Breakfast was great and I highly recommend if you stay here to buy breakfast with your room.
People working at the restaurant(breakfast buffet) were amazing especially Betty.

Room service was great too, I remember I ordered food 4-5 times during my stay, the Margarita pizza and fries were good.

I really liked that they have Riyadh time in the reception and some Arabic TV Chanels :)

What I really loved about this hotel is the people who work there, from the restaurant, room service, to the housekeepers and to the receptionists, they were all amazing and so friendly.

I will definitely come back and stay at this hotel again.

Great location for first time visitors. The hotel was very nice and had fantastic service.

Stephan from reception made us feel like we were the only guests staying there. Extremely customer service oriented and made sure we were comfortable.

Well worth the value for what you get. Definitely recommend.

I was pleased with my stay at the Novotel Geneve Centre - I was able to get an early checkin, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was quite good and the hotel was quiet. I would have preferred a higher floor, but actually didn't hear much street noise on floor 2. I'd definitely return.

Rooms are reasonably large and it has what you would come to expect from a 4 star hotel. Hotel is located abt 10 min walk from the train station so, it's good. We ordered room service and what was impressive was the fries - tasty and well cooked.

Lastly, it was impressive that they are committed to cutting down on the use of plastic. Hence, the room card keys, tooth brush etc were all done up using wood.

1/ We choose this Novotel during the Geneva marathon and booked, according to the hotel website description a 3 beds room and a 2 beds room. The online description of the Superior room is "2 double beds and 1 queen size bed".
This room does NOT exist and they don't have 3 beds bedrooms.
They didn't apologize and I was told it was my mistake. They didn't offer a solution.
2/ The marathon ended at 12:30pm but we were not allowed to keep the room until 1pm to take a shower (despite the hotel not being full)
3/ Because I'm a loyalty program member I got a free drink voucher written: "any drink you want". But I had to pay for the drink I had because "any drink you want" exclusively means cheap wine, or soda. No negotiation possible and no apology despite what was clearly written, fine lines included.
On a positive note, the staff was polite and the hotel is well maintained, even if hall, bar, restaurant and sauna are all underground with artificial light only.
For a four stars hotel, they definitely didn't do the extra mile.
Very disappointing overall experience.

Location is everything. We found the staff welcoming friendly and accommodating. Local information given by staff had been accurate and beneficial and time saving. Overall, apart from some small details It was a pleasant visit. Would I stay here again should I need to, yes.

This self declared 4 star Novotel is more like a three star. Clean and nice. Bathroom was a bit dangerous with tub/shower being high step access and on a slope. Water goes everywhere during shower. A/C is limited leaving room warm. Breakfast is ok. Nice juice and coffee options. The breakfast attendants were great in keeping everything refilled and ready. Front desk staff were also excellent. Foyer area had a fragrance that was strong and made me cough to the point where I couldn't be there.

Receptionist was very rude and unhelpful! Will never get back again.. also the rooms are totally different then the pictures attached in website i can ignore this difference! But keep in mind customers looking for an attitude reception to be very helpful and to be nicely and gentle with them! so they can feel they are welcome on your place.
