We are 100% glad we booked this hotel and would recommend it to any friends traveling to Geneva, especially those with children..

We are a family of 4 and the connecting family room setup is one of the best we experiences in Europe so far and at a very fair price. The look and feel of the hotel is almost like a Swiss Chalet and gives a cool vibe. The hotel also gives you a free transportation card to use on all the buses, cable cars and water taxis. This was a very nice bonus and the water taxis are a great way to experience the lake.

Pros: Location is 2 mins to the lake on a nice site street.

Rooms are large for Europe and are newly updated with nice bathrooms.

Noise - almost zero at night. Slept well.

Front Desk - very nice and helpful.

Cons - No gym. Not the end of the world if this is your only con!

Reservation issues, offering a suite that was likely never available feels unethical to me. Whatever it takes to get you in the door, then you're delivered the bad news, and too late to find a better option. But otherwise a very comfortable room, bed and bathroom. Nice staff, pleasant about offering the downgraded room, and the breakfast was excellent. If you require accomodations for a family you're better off looking elsewhere. Simple overnight business, singles or couples likely a solid option.

We had an amazing experience thanks to the staff. We had some issue with our room because we booked through a 3rd party but the staff was so accommodating and helpful, they made our stay amazing. Manager/director Celine Oberger personally helped us and provided excellent service. She was incredibly kind and professional! I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Had a very pleasant stay in this quite new hotel in the heart of Geneva, only a few minutes walking distance from the lake side. The service was very friendly and welcoming. They even let us sit and enjoy a bottle of wine in the restaurant after closing time. The restaurant doubles as breakfast room and is decorated like a traditional Swiss log cabin. Loved the attention to detail that went into the construction of the interior. The breakfast was very good, with scrambled egss and bacon and lots of cheeses en cold cut meats to choose from. I very much enjoyed the bircher muesli.

The room was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower was great. We slept very well and would definitely stay here again.

My flight was cancelled which was obviously no fault of my own. Despite making a prompt cancellation request so that they could sell the room again, I had to chase to get any sort of response from them. They refused to assist with any sort of refund for the any of the length of any of my stay and kept all the money despite providing no service at all to me. This is extremely poor and I fully intend not to stay with them when I return to Switzerland. If you wish to be treated fairly you may wish to consider staying in another hotel.

the rooms are most definitely outdated, the breakfast is basic and not always fresh. the receptionists are fantastic and trying their best. the air-conditioning wasn't working, which is just unbelievable.

I've have been just to the restaurant, so this review doesn't relate to the hotel. The atmosphere is really local, you can definitely taste the real Swiss food culture. We had fondue and it was really tasty, we were pretty satisfied with the quality of the food.

The room was very nice and the air conditioning works. A comfortable stay in a nice location and the price was reasonable compared to other hotels in the area.
