This was my second time at Hotel de la Cigogne and it was a very good experience, as the first one was as well. I was on a cycling trip and the hotel staff is very accommodating in helping me up and down the service elevator with my bike, whenever I needed it. A great central location in Geneva to start any adventures, or just to walk around the city. Very professional staff. Highly recommend.

Excellent hotel with fantastic location. Great service and super clean rooms. We enjoyed everything. The only negative for us was breakfast at 45 CHF per person. Cleaning staff was superb ????

Perfect central location, comfortable room, and above-and-beyond service from Alexandre in particular! He made sure our stay was great and helped us navigate Geneve. We will be back to Cigogne!

We stayed 6 nights and we booked 2 rooms
Location is great
Room very cozy and clean
Service is so good
One problem they put free 2 bottle of water the first day only
I will definitely come back again

Stayed here for work and had a great time. Compared to other Geneva hotels, this one definitely provides better value for money.

I would happily stay here again.

Pros:
- beautiful building and rooms
- espresso machine in room
- iron available on request
- complimentary Gym available at 4 minutes walking distance
- super comfortable beds
- friendly service
- excellent location

Cons:
- as described by others, wifi is a bit slow in the rooms
- no chromecast on TV
- bathtub available, but at the cost of no floor level shower

Was staying in this hotel almost every business trip last year. It means I became a regular client and always happy to be back and see the same hotel staff. The location is really great, a lot of reviews below confirming this. And the guys helping with luggage and taxi are very professional and helpful. Always appreciate a lot.
However the hotel really needs changes of beds and pillows. Arriving quite late yesterday I could not sleep at all as pillows were absolutely soft without any neck and head support. Which is actually quite dangerous… As a result I was absolutely exhausted and having a very busy next day after sleepless night.
Not sure how the hotel should take its responsibilities in such cases but it has absolute impact on my productivity next day.

A very pleasant experience. The staff was welcoming and very attentive, they thought every of detail to make our stay as comfortable as it can be. The location is perfect, right next to the boardwalk and the old town.
Will highly recommend.

We enjoyed every minute spent in the hotel. All the hotel staff stands out with their professional attitudes They are constantly ready to overcome your expectations.
We served the breakfast in the room and it was very well prepared.
The hotel position is perfect. The old city is just a few steps away from the hotel. If are a watch collector...you will be delighted with the shops you can find around.
