We stayed at this lovely hotel for 4 nights. The location for us was location was perfect. A short walk to the centre of town, near shops and restaurants. From the central train station, it’s only a 20 minute pleasant stroll.
The staff at reception were very friendly and knowledgeable.
We opted for a kitchenette room, which was brilliant as there is a supermarket a few minutes walk away, so ideal to buy some provisions! We also had a terrace, which was lovely as it gave us the opportunity to sit and enjoy lovely views over the city/mountains and glimpses of the amazing Geneva fountain!
Enjoyed the stay so much we are already planning a return visit!

I have come here twice on business trips. The hotel is very conveniently located for me as the office I'm visiting is 5 mins by walk. There's a nearby bus stand as well if you want to take a bus to the train station or to the airport. But then nothing is truly far in Geneva. Only breakfast is served, not a lot of variety. But I enjoyed the fresh croissants, and good quality bread. The rooms are clean and functional, with a kitchenette. Cleaning can be customized as per your requirements. The reception service is really nice and helpful.

Absolutely outstanding value for money! I wanted a budget hotel with good access to the center of town, and it delivered. The friendly staff brightened my day with their smiles and always welcomed me back at the end of the day. Super-quiet neighborhood, close to a COOP grocery store. Very satisfied!

I visited this hotel as part of a business trip and had a usual request to indicate breakfast as a separate item on the bill. The request was denied and I requested a supervisor. Then I had the weirdest and most unprofessional behavior I have seen in a hotel in a long time. After my request to a supervisor, I could see the staff member going to the supervisor, talking to her in the back room and then getting back to me telling me this was not possible. The supervisor literally sit 2 meters next to me in the room and did not have the guts to let me explain the situation to find a solution, but she send her employee in front. I have never seen this in any hotel in Europe in this price class. This abysmal service overshadows any whole experience in this hotel. Oh and did I mention the air conditioning pipes hanging out of the open window? How inefficient is that? Other hotels in Geneva seem to find a way, to do more silent and efficient air conditioning, too… so many strange things going on here, this is horrible…

The hotel is in a fairly central location, suitable both for a quiet rest away from traffic and for easy access to the main points of interest. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, making the stay pleasant also for solo travellers. The breakfast is good. Quiet room with a large shower. Comfortable bed. Only annoyance in the room is the smell perhaps due to a hint of mold on a corner of the ceiling or the type of floor, typical of many hotels, which prevents deep cleaning. Overall, it is a hotel I would definitely return to.

Staff were amazing, particularly Cecile who goes above an beyond to help the visitors. Room was a good size, shower was excellent, room was clean. Location was within walking distance to the old town and main tram and trains for getting around Geneva.

Spotlessly clean rooms (although could do with better lighting, rather than free standing spotlights) , very Scandinavian in style.

Very average continental breakfast (not worth 18CHF), although bread was delicious!

We had a problem with our (unanticipated) late check in as we couldn't contact anyone, so if you are going to be late make sure to contact them (we got bogged down in the ridiculously slow geneva airport security & forgot to contact hotel, so partly our fault)

A hotel located 20 minutes walk from the train station. Very friendly staff, at the reception we were guided with which means of transport we could get to the concert we came to Genf for. Clean rooms, and fully equipped. It was a pleasant experience.
